These markers securely attach directly to the edge of imaging cassettes or DR detectors, eliminating the need for adhesive tape or putty and ensuring your Left (L) and Right (R) indicators remain exactly where you place them throughout the examination.
Precision Labelling for Every Projection
To ensure absolute clarity in clinical documentation, these markers are available in two distinct configurations to match the orientation of the patient:
CL1A (Antero-Posterior): Specifically scaled and orientated for standard front-to-back imaging.
CL1P (Postero-Anterior): Mirrored orientation to ensure the marker reads correctly when the patient is imaged from back-to-front.
By utilising the correct clip-on marker for the projection, radiographers ensure that anatomical orientation is unambiguous, reducing the risk of laterality errors and improving patient safety.
Bespoke Customisation for Your Department
Standard markers feature clear 'L' and 'R' characters, but for departments requiring more detailed identification, we offer a range of customisation options. When ordered in suitable quantities, markers can be personalised with additional characters (such as radiographer initials or room numbers) to streamline your internal auditing and workflow.
